Slack support provides direct access to our developers to answer questions with faster response times. This can help speed up the implementation steps to production. Clients on the Custom plan that need to issue a higher volume of credentials, have more use cases, and/or require more technical support needed will get priority Slack support.

For both the Business and Custom plans, the appropriate support will be provided to minimize the risk of errors or complications during implementation, ensuring a smooth transition for the customer.
